It's been almost 2 months since I landed in Dubai and I'm just starting to get used to the lifestyle here. The first few weeks were busy looking for a flat (and having to walk in the hot sun and dusty roads while searching), getting lost and frustrated with taxi drivers who got lost most of the time, and visiting IKEA and Home Centre to furnish the flat. Fortunately, Rafa arrived here in mid May and has been amazing help and support. Here are some pictures of our journey so far.
